What I love about photographing inside family homes is feeling their connection together. Your home is a place you'll always remember the mess in your living room, the long prepping hours for dinner or fun game nights.
Lifestyle sessions showcase your memories live at home. And my favorite part on one specifically is welcoming a new baby. These pictures showcase what stage you were in as a family. You can look back and remember how the nursery looked, the kid's favorite toys at the time and marveling the love being captured at home.
The 3 things to expect during the session are
1. It's laid back. There's no rush to getting somewhere, your right where you need to be. If anyone needs a break, we can change the scene by doing something else.
2. Unposed. It's still a little pose but really I focus on going with the flow and picking places where in the house would be the best fit.
3. At home pictures. The best part is featuring your home. It's a comfortable and familiar setting for everyone. Home decor changes over time and documenting that part brings the nostalgia of what use to be.
